NSD Spinner Lifetime Warranty Information

NSD® Spinner products are fully warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace the product without charge, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage(s) caused by accident, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or acts of vandalism. This warranty also does not cover unauthorized attempt at disassembly of the Spinner product, nor does it cover any similar products sold by other distributors of NanoSecond Technology. Damages not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate.

A Return Merchandize Authorization, or RMA, number must be obtained from NSD Power Customer Service at 626-462-9328, and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the returned merchandize for warranty evaluation. NSD Power US will not accept warranty returns without a copy of the original sales receipt. For warranty evaluation, your Spinner must be returned directly to NSD Power US Warranty Claims, 2472 Beacon St. Fullerton CA 92835. All shipping for Warranty claims must be pre-paid and insured. NSD Power US can not be liable for lost in-bound packages.

Amazing for rehabbing a wrist.

This gyroscope is way better than I expected it to be. It adds resistance to wrist rolls in a way I have not experienced in any other wrist exercise. Absolutely perfect for programmer hands/wrist and actually kind of fun. Don't expect the string pull at the start to provide the resistance, that part is just to get it going. The motion of your wrist/arm is what actually spins it up to its full speed, takes a bit of practice.

Should have spend extra for counter

Love this to help me work out my wrists and forearms for shooting practice. Husband can't figure it out which is pretty amusing, but I enjoy using it. Wish I hadn't been cheap and bought the one with the counter so I could challenge myself more, but maybe next time.

Feel the burn.

Great grip and forearm exercise. Once you get it cranking it doesn’t take long to feel the effects. In a short time I’ve noticed that I can use a more relaxed grip on my tennis racket and improved grip confidence even when sweating.Can be difficult to get going without the string, but it can be done. I would have bought the auto start option, the strings can be difficult find sometimes in a gym bag.

Fun and functional

It really, REALLY WORKS!

I bought mines during a lightning deal. I saw how many people were buying it and looked at the great ratings, so I said to myself 'Heck, why not?' I ordered it. When it finally got my hands on it I gave it a few tries... I immediately thought about returning it since I couldn't keep it spinning for more than 10 seconds. I almost threw it to the side, but I decided to give it one more shot. All these glowing reviews you read here cannot be wrong! So I gave it another try.I freaked out a bit at how long I got it spinning using lots of action from my hand and wrist. I started rotating my wrist faster and in a tighter circle, the ball started to get louder and LOUDER. I originally thought NSD Power made up the claim of '26.8 lb-in of torque at 10,000 RPM.' I spun it so fast that I started to lose my grip on this thing and it felt like it wanted to fly right out of my hand!It is a challenge to get it up and running at first. TIP: You do NOT have to pull really hard on the string to get it going. You need a good and smooth pull; you do not have to yank on the string. This is just to get it started. Once you start rolling your wrist and follow through with hand motions, you can get it to spin faster and faster.After a few minutes of using it, I can feel my forearms and wrist feel a bit tighter since it got that work out. Now I want to see if I can do the same with my left arm and try to swap the ball between hands while keeping it spinning.It is worth a buy!

Works fantastic and it's fun to use!

This is the best device I've used to rehab my hand/wrist. I've had 2 surgeries for an injury which included a trapeziectomy with LRTI, vein ligation, median and radial branch nerve excision and burial, median nerve entrapment release, palmar tendon release, and scar tissue removal. Recently my therapist told my dr I was coming to the end of therapy being beneficial. I didn't accept that and knew there was still more work to be done. Luckily, my husband had been through work hardening for a back injury many years ago and had paid attention to what other pts were doing! He talked to me about what he'd seen and I immediately started searching for the devices he talked about.I felt a difference in my ROM, strength, and pain level after the first day of use. Today is day 4 and I couldn't be more excited about the results so far! I bought flexbars, putty, and a web but feel this spinner has been the most helpful and it's really fun to use.After trying this spinner and seeing how beneficial it was I bought my boys who are in jiu jitsu one each to help with their grip strength. I gave one to my daughter in-law to help her strength but also her anxiety. I bought a 5th one for my trucker husband to add to his dumbell exercises on the truck.This is such a great device!
