RECOVER FASTER WITH NSD SPINNER
The NSD Spinner is design to create a low to zero impact exercise using angular momentum you generate with your arms and wrist. You can recover from physical injuries, repetitive stress injuries, or surgeries in the wrist and forearm area quicker with the regular use of NSD Spinner.
IF YOU SUFFER FROM CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME
The NSD Spinner strengthens your wrist, while the circular motion required to spin up the gyroscopic rotor also improves blood flow to the carpal tunnel area and help heal damages caused by incorrect posture or prolong used of a keyboard or mouse that results in pressure on the median nerves resulting in numbness, pain, or weakness of your hand. A few minutes a day will go a very long way.
IF YOU SUFFER FROM TENDONITIS OR REPETITIVE STRESS INJURIES
Especially in the wrist and forearm area, all the way to the elbow, using an NSD Spinner daily can help alleviate the symptoms or prevent it all together. Because the resistance from the ball comes from angular momentum generated from a low to zero impact motion, it prevents stress built-up from prior injuries while strengthening the wrist and arm muscles. You can use the Spinner in various exercise targeting specific areas:
For tendonitis or repetitive stress concentrated near the wrist area, use the rotating motion of the wrist to maintain or increase the speed of the rotor. Rotate wrist clockwise for one minute, then rotate wrist counter-clockwise for one minute each day on the side with the inflammation/pain.
For pain concentrated near the elbow area, keep your wrist steady and swing the forearm in a circular pattern, clockwise for one minute then counter-clockwise for one minute. You may need to use your wrist to get the Spinner up to speed, then use the arm movement to keep the Spinner at speed or to increase the resistance by increasing the speed of the Spinner.
IF YOU’RE RECOVERING FROM A SURGERY OR INJURY
Since you control the amount of angular momentum generated by the rotor of the Spinner, you can ease yourself into a few minutes of slow spinning until strength has returned, especially in the wrist area, to slowly increase the speed and duration of your exercise along with physical therapy to ensure the best result and fastest recovery.
